Ingredients
- 16 ounces Frozen Bread Dough thawed
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce divided
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 4 ounces Pepperoni Slices
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4 cup Butter melted
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the bread dough into a 12X18 rectangle.
- Spoon 1/4 cup of the pizza sauce onto the pizza dough and spread it out into an even layer leaving a border without sauce around the edges.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the sauce.
- Layer the pepperoni on top and top with the shredded mozzarella cheese in an even layer.
- Roll the rectangle length wise into a long log. Pinch the edges to seal the log close to keep it from unraveling while baking.
- Use a sharp knife to slice the dough into 16 equal rolls that are approximately 1-1 ½ inch thick.
- Place each of the rolls onto the baking sheet a cut side down.
- Mix together the melted butter with garlic salt until combined. Brush this mixture on top of rolls.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top and bake for 3-5 more minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
- Let them cool for about 5 minutes. Serve with the remaining pizza sauce for dipping them into and enjoy!
