Pizza Bake

Serves 8
Ingredients
  • 1 lb hamburger (or italian sausage)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 cups potatoes, 1/2" cubes
  • 1 15 oz can tomato sauce (or pizza sauce)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 can sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmasan cheese (optional)
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F; spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef/italian sausage and onions in a skillet; drain excess grease if needed.
  3. Add salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, cheddar cheese soup, grated Parmesan cheese and milk; stir until smooth.
  4. Stir in diced potatoes and black olives.
  5. Pour into prepared baking dish; spread tomato sauce over top.
  6. Bake for 90 minutes in the preheated oven or until potatoes are fork tender.
  7. Sprinkle top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Let sit for 10 minutes to set up.
Notes
The optional ingredients provide more savory flavors that are closer to an actual pizza.
