  • taco Seasoning to taste
  • 1 part Taco Bell ‘MILD’ sauce
  • 2 parts Contadina Pizza Squeeze sauce
  • 10 tortillas
  • 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar and Monterey cheese
  • 16 ounces Refried Beans (add water to thin)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 ounces Black olives
  • 2 green onions
Directions
  1. Brown ground beef over medium-high heat, drain.
  2. Add taco seasoning to taste.
  3. Combine Taco Bell sauce and Pizza sauce
  4. Preheat oven to 325F (normal or convection mode)

  6. Bake tortillas for 8-10 minutes between two mesh cooling racks to keep tortillas flat.
  7. Tortillas will further dry when removed from the oven.
  8. Tortillas need to be dry, light, and crisp. Return to the oven if they aren't crisp after cooling.
  9. Top tortilla with refried beans, and taco meat (can be mixed, so the tortillas will stick together)
  10. Add another tortilla
  11. Add Mexican pizza sauce, cheese, and tomatoes.
  12. Place back in the oven for 2 mins to melt the cheese.
  13. Use a pizza cutter to slice the tortillas into quarters.
