Italian Grinder

Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini Peppers
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3-4 cups Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
  • 4 Crusty Italian Bread hoagie rolls
  • 4 oz Sliced Cheeses
  • 1/4 lb Honey Roasted Turkey Breast thinly shaved
  • 1/4 lb Honey Roasted Ham thinly shaved
  • 1 medium Beefsteak Tomato
  • Avocado
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic paste, salt, oregano, italian seasoning blend, red pepper flakes, pepperoncini and red wine vinegar.
  2. Preheat the toaster oven, oven or air fryer to 425 degrees.
  3. Slice the hoagie roll through the middle.
  4. Layer the sliced cheese, deli meats and toast for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and bread is toasted.
  5. Take the sliced tomato and add on top of the baked deli meats.
  6. Season tomatoes with a little salt and pepper.
  7. Top the seasoned tomatoes with the shredded lettuce, grinder salad dressing, and avocado.
