Green Pea Salad with Feta Cheese

Serves 6
Ingredients
  • 16 oz frozen peas
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons scallions, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
  • Half lemon
  • freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Put the feta cheese in a bowl and add the olive oil. Mix them well. Add cooled peas and mix. Then add scallions and dill.
  2. At this point you can transfer the mix to another plate if you want to. Add lemon juice and add fresh black pepper and add more dill and scallion as garnish
  3. Serve immediately.
