Fleischkuechle

German-style
Serves 8
Ingredients
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1.5 lbs of ground beef
  • 1 Medium onion minced
  • 1 Tsp pepper
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
Directions
  1. Mixed the dough ingredients together and separate into 8 ball.
  2. Roll each of the dough balls into circles and set aside.
  3. Mix the meat mixture together.
  4. Place the meat mixture on one half of the rolled out dough balls. Wet the outer seal of the dough so it will seal.
  5. Fold over the dough / meat mixture and seal. Crimping the edge with a fork. Set aside.
  6. Heat up your vegetable oil to 350F - 375F.
  7. Place 2 of the Fleischkuechles in the pan at once being careful not to crowd them while they fry.
  8. Fry until golden brown, turning once.
