Beer Cheese Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 oz Velveeta
- 3 fl oz Miller Lite
- 2 Tbsp Stone Ground mustard
- Dash of Baking Soda
- Dash of Lemon Juice
Directions
- Melt Velveeta with beer in a pot with medium heat.
- Simmer on med-low until the volume is reduced by half; stirring often.
- Add dash of baking soda and lemon juice; foaming may occur.
- Stir until the foam subsides
- Add mustard
