Overwrites each checked file in place with accepted suggestions applied. Files opened via
"Open Folder" back up the previous version first, as
name.backup-YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS.html, alongside the original (keeping the most
recent 15); a single file opened via "Open File" is overwritten directly with no backup.
